By submitting an order with Bali Villa Supplies, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. 

 

1. Account Responsibility 

All account details provided during registration are treated as confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Bali Villa Supplies accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from misuse of your login credentials. 

 

2. Product Liability Disclaimer 

Except where expressly stated, Bali Villa Supplies provides products on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bali Villa Supplies and its directors, employees, officers, and agents will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the purchase or use of any product. 

 

3. Product Descriptions and Images 

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are current and accurate. However, packaging, branding, or appearance may change without notice, and the product supplied may differ slightly from images shown on the website. 

Bali Villa Supplies does not guarantee the accuracy of all product information and advises customers to carefully review all labels, instructions, and warnings before use or consumption. 

 

4. Stock Availability 

While we aim to fulfil all orders, stock levels may change rapidly due to demand. Items listed as available at the time of ordering may become unavailable prior to dispatch. 

Back-orders are not accepted. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer one of the following options: 

a) Cancellation with a full refund 
b) A suitable replacement product (with any price difference adjusted) 
c) Store credit for future purchases 

 

5. Order Amendments and Cancellations 

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery. Changes or cancellations can only be made within a short timeframe. 

Once payment has been processed through our secure payment system, certain transaction or processing fees cannot be reversed. If a cancellation is approved, any refund issued will be reduced by applicable fees incurred by Bali Villa Supplies. 

If an error is made when placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist where the order has not yet been dispatched. 

 

6. Pricing 

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for transactions within Indonesia. 

Prices may change without notice due to supplier cost adjustments or pricing errors. Bali Villa Supplies reserves the right to apply additional charges, including administrative or handling fees, where appropriate. 

 

7. Applicable Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. 

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services provided by Bali Villa Supplies shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia. 

 

8. Access Termination 

These Terms remain enforceable even after termination. 

Bali Villa Supplies may suspend or terminate access to this website at its discretion, with or without notice, where permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension or termination. 

 

Return Policy 

We accept returns only where an item is received damaged or does not correspond with the product description at the time of purchase. 

You must notify Bali Villa Supplies by email within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence to support your claim. Once approved, return instructions will be issued. 

Returned items must be received within 24 hours of initial contact, in the same condition in which they were delivered, to qualify for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. 

Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable, except where received damaged.

Order Amendments and Cancellations 

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfilment. As a result, there is only a short window during which changes or cancellations may be possible. 

If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that requests can be accommodated once processing has begun. If an order cannot be changed or cancelled, no refund will be issued. 

 

Stock Availability 

We make every effort to keep inventory information current; however, stock levels may change throughout the day due to demand. An item marked as available at the time of ordering may become unavailable before fulfilment. 

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options: 

  1. Cancellation with a full refund 
    b) Replacement with an alternative product (any price difference will be adjusted) 
    c) Store credit to be used on a future purchase
